Position Summary:

 

The Assistant to the General Manager provides high-level administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the station. This individual must be highly organized, trustworthy, proactive, and aligned with our Christian mission.

 

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage the General Manager’s calendar, meetings, and communications
– Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
– Coordinate internal and external meetings
– Serve as liaison between departments
– Assist with project management and special initiatives
– Maintain confidential records and documents
– Support daily station operations

 

Qualifications:
– 3+ years administrative or executive assistant experience
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
– Active Christian faith and alignment with LIFE! Christian Television’s mission

 

Preferred:
– Experience in broadcast, nonprofit, or ministry settings
– Project management experience

 

Compensation:
Competitive and commensurate with experience.

Bilingual Receptionist (English/Spanish)

About the Role:

 

LIFE! Christian Television is seeking a friendly, organized, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Receptionist to serve as the welcoming voice and face of our ministry in El Paso.
Position Summary:

 

The Bilingual Receptionist will greet visitors, answer phones, assist viewers, and provide administrative support while representing the ministry with warmth, professionalism, and Christian hospitality.

 

Key Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct incoming calls (English & Spanish)
– Greet and assist guests and ministry partners
– Manage incoming/outgoing mail
– Maintain front office organization
– Provide administrative support to staff
– Assist with prayer requests and viewer communications

 

Qualifications:
– Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
– Excellent customer service skills
– Strong communication abilities
– Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email)
– Friendly, professional demeanor
– Alignment with Christian values and the mission of LIFE! Christian Television

 

Preferred:
– Previous receptionist or administrative experience
– Experience in church or ministry setting

 

Compensation:

Marketing Director

Position Summary:

 

The Marketing Director will lead brand strategy, audience growth, digital presence, and promotional campaigns. This role requires creativity, leadership, and strategic thinking grounded in faith-based messaging.

 

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategy
– Oversee digital marketing (social media, email, website)
– Manage branding and promotional materials
– Lead fundraising and sponsorship marketing initiatives
– Analyze audience data and growth metrics
– Coordinate with programming and production teams
– Represent LIFE! Christian Television at community and ministry events in El Paso

 

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
– 5+ years marketing leadership experience
– Strong digital marketing and social media expertise
– Excellent communication and leadership skills
– Experience in nonprofit, ministry, or media preferred
– Strong understanding of faith-based audiences

 

Preferred:
– Broadcast or television marketing experience
– Graphic design or content creation skills
– Fundraising campaign experience
